Kimonos
Very rarely approached in sewing manuels, the kimono for women is a fairly tricky piece to make, particularly in the area where the sleeve meets the garment body. In certain cases there is no separation and sleeve-body is only one piece but there are also other types: with inset gusset, a yoke seam, Japanese style, batwing sleeve etc… With the dp studio patterns, all of this will made easy and the sewing of a kimono sleeve will hold no more secrets for you, whether it be sportswear style or dressy, classical or original.
